Who is it aimed at?

Totally Focused is designed for employees in a manufacturing business, and can be applied in any working environment (from the shop floor to the office). It is aimed at:

  • Experienced employees, who wish to have their competency recognised and gain certification
  • New employees who have undergone basic training and are in the process of gaining experience

Our tailormade package will help your employees improve their overall business techniques.

There are no entry requirements or age restrictions.

How long will it take?

Two NVQs must be completed, together with our five add-on courses (see table for timescales).

This can be done over a period of time, which is negotiable with our trainers and assessors.
