To Whom It May Concern: Our sales staff have recently completed Customer Service Training at NVQ Level 2, and would highly recommend the training to people in our organisation and to businesses in our industry. The training was conducted by Paula Lucas, whom I found was very friendly, pleasant and professional. Whilst Paula was here she was very discreet which caused minimal disruption to the business when the training sessions took place. Paula ensured that the training and team building sessions was pro-active, enjoyable and comfortable whilst still getting the point across. I feel that her ability to explain complex topics made it easy for people including myself to understand and take part in some of the training sessions and evidence gathering units.
