Baltic ATA (Apprentice Training Agency) 

Baltic ATA specialise in the recruitment and selection of young and adult apprentices on apprenticeship training programmes designed by employers for employers.

In response to recent legislation (Agency Workers Directive), which states that employers must provide their temporary workers with the same employee rights as their permanent staff, including pay; Baltic ATA are offering a forward-thinking and cost-effective recruitment alternative in apprenticeship training programmes.

We offer apprenticeship programmes in a range of operational functions, including:

• Business Administration
• Customer Service

• IT User/Professional
• Performing Manufacturing Operations
• Warehouse and Storage
• Telesales


Baltic ATA provides a real opportunity for organisations to strengthen their workforce and respond to seasonal demand by offering high calibre and enthusiastic apprentices for £95 per week.

 


Your commitment


Our commitment


Assess forthcoming recruitment and training requirements


Selection and screening of individuals to secure the right apprentice for your role (subject to requirements).


Allocate existing or new staff onto apprenticeship programmes or allow Baltic ATA to recruit on your behalf.

Initial period of employing the apprentice for induction and training.


£95 per week for 6 months, providing between 16 and 37.5 hours of work per week for your apprentice.


Ongoing training and development for your apprentice, delivered on a flexible basis to suit your business requirements.


Decide at the end of the training period whether to retain your apprentice with no obligation and no additional cost.


Further support for future apprentices or existing staff in line with your future business goals.
